💛 Find Support, Understanding, and Community This Winter
Living with endometriosis/chronic pelvic pain can feel overwhelming — especially during the winter months when pain, fatigue, and emotional heaviness often intensify. This 6-week virtual group is a gentle, supportive space where you can feel understood, grounded, and connected with others who know what it’s like.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience in trauma, anxiety, chronic illness, and mind–body work — and as someone who truly understands the lived experience of endometriosis — I offer a compassionate environment where your story is honored, your symptoms are believed, and your emotional needs matter.
This group blends emotional support, psychoeducation, and accessible somatic tools to help you navigate the ups and downs of endo with more steadiness and confidence. This group is appropriate for those with a confirmed OR suspected endometriosis or chronic pelvic pain diagnosis.

✨ Weekly Session Breakdown
Week 1 — Your Endo Story + Building Safety
We begin by creating a warm, grounding environment and exploring the emotional impact of living with endometriosis. You’ll connect with others who “get it” and learn simple tools to help your body feel safe and supported.
Week 2 — Pain, Flare Anxiety & Your Nervous System
Understand how chronic pain affects the brain and body, why flare anxiety happens, and how to work gently with your nervous system instead of fighting against it.
Week 3 — Medical Trauma, Gaslighting & Self-Advocacy
We’ll talk about the emotional impact of being dismissed or not believed, and practice grounding skills and advocacy tools to support you before, during, and after medical appointments.
Week 4 — Fatigue, Burnout & Emotional Overwhelm
Explore the weight of endo-related exhaustion, pacing strategies, and ways to lighten the mental load. Learn how to move away from guilt and toward self-compassion.
Week 5 — Relationships, Boundaries & Being Understood
Discuss the unique challenges endo can create in relationships — and learn ways to communicate needs, set boundaries with care, and receive support without guilt.
Week 6 — Your Personalized Endo Resilience Plan
We’ll integrate everything you’ve learned into a gentle, sustainable plan you can carry with you. This session includes reflection, community support, and a meaningful closing ritual.
