Individual Therapy Sessions

Individual therapy sessions are 60-minute, focused appointments designed to support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and OCD. My approach is evidence-based and collaborative, drawing from EMDR, somatic therapy, CBT, I-CBT, and Exposure and Response Prevention (EXRP) to reduce symptoms, support nervous system regulation, and address underlying patterns contributing to distress.

Sessions are structured, grounding, and fully tailored to your goals, with an emphasis on safety, clarity, and sustainable progress.

I offer virtual therapy sessions throughout Pennsylvania, making consistent, high-quality care accessible from wherever you are.

Insurance & Fees

I currently accept Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield and all subsidiaries including Highmark.
Self-pay sessions are available at $150 per session.
