In short, the purpose of this Site is to provide information and education related to mental health, psychotherapy, trauma-informed care, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, embodiment, yoga, mindfulness, wellness, and related educational topics.

This Site is intended for adults age 18 and older. Mindful Flow Counseling and Yoga, LLC does not currently provide psychotherapy services to minors through this Site. Minors should not submit information through this Site, contact forms, newsletter signups, or other website features.

Not all listed Services are currently available.

“Protected Health Information” or “PHI” means individually identifiable health information that may be protected under applicable health privacy laws when collected, used, or maintained in connection with psychotherapy services.

Reading blog posts, viewing Content, submitting a contact form, sending an email, signing up for a newsletter, receiving a scheduling link, viewing social media content, or otherwise interacting with public-facing Content does not make you a therapy client of Mindful Flow Counseling and Yoga, LLC.

A therapist-client relationship is formed only when you have completed the intake process, Mindful Flow Counseling and Yoga, LLC has agreed to provide psychotherapy services to you, and all required consent, privacy, practice, and payment documents have been completed.

Psychotherapy services are separate from general website use. If you become a therapy client, your care will be governed by separate intake documents, informed consent, privacy practices, fee policies, emergency policies, telehealth policies when applicable, and other clinical documents.

5. Psychotherapy Services Are Separate From Website Content

Mindful Flow Counseling and Yoga, LLC may provide psychotherapy services to eligible clients in accordance with applicable licensing laws, clinical standards, professional ethics, informed consent documents, and privacy requirements.

Public-facing Content on this Site is different from psychotherapy. Educational Content may discuss mental health or wellness topics generally, but it does not include individualized assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, clinical monitoring, crisis response, or therapy.

At this time, psychotherapy services are provided only to clients located in Pennsylvania. This Site is not an offer to provide psychotherapy to any person in a jurisdiction where Mindful Flow Counseling and Yoga, LLC is not licensed, authorized, or otherwise legally permitted to provide services.

6. Not Crisis or Emergency Support

This Site is not intended for crisis support, emergency mental health care, or urgent clinical communication.

Mindful Flow Counseling and Yoga, LLC does not monitor website submissions, email messages, contact forms, newsletter replies, or social media messages for emergencies. These channels should not be used for urgent or emergency concerns.

This Site may collect information through a general contact form. Contact forms should be used only for general inquiries or initial fit questions and should not be used to submit sensitive clinical information, protected health information, emergency concerns, or urgent requests.

Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, or protected health information through general website forms, email replies, newsletter replies, or social media messages.

Information shared through general website or email channels may not be private or secure and does not create a therapist-client relationship.

If Mindful Flow Counseling and Yoga, LLC determines that an inquiry may be an appropriate fit, you may receive a scheduling link or other next-step information. Sending a contact form or receiving a scheduling link does not create a therapist-client relationship.

Existing therapy clients should use the communication methods provided in their intake, informed consent, and practice materials. Existing clients should not use public website features, social media, newsletter replies, or general website forms for clinical issues, emergencies, scheduling changes that require immediate attention, or sensitive information.

This Site does not allow public blog comments. If blog comments or other public interaction features are added in the future, this Disclaimer should be reviewed and updated before those features are enabled.

8. Website Privacy Policy and Clinical Privacy Practices Are Separate

9. Payments and Client Portal

Payment for psychotherapy services is not processed directly through this Site. Payments for psychotherapy services are processed through the Simple Practice patient portal or another approved payment method provided in connection with clinical services.

Payment, billing, cancellation, and fee policies for psychotherapy services are governed by separate clinical documents, including informed consent and any other applicable practice documents.

10. Yoga, Somatic, Embodiment, and Movement-Related Content

This Site may include general educational Content related to yoga, somatic awareness, embodiment, breathwork, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, or movement-based practices.

This Content is for general educational and wellness purposes only. It is not medical advice, physical therapy, mental health treatment, trauma treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for individualized care from a qualified professional.

Movement, breathwork, somatic, mindfulness, or embodiment practices may not be appropriate for every person. These practices can sometimes bring up physical discomfort, emotional activation, trauma-related responses, dizziness, distress, or other reactions. You are responsible for listening to your body, using your judgment, modifying or stopping any practice as needed, and seeking appropriate professional support.

Before beginning any yoga, movement, somatic, breathwork, or wellness practice, you should consult with a qualified healthcare professional if you have medical conditions, injuries, physical limitations, pregnancy-related considerations, trauma-related concerns, mental health concerns, or any uncertainty about whether a practice is appropriate for you.

Do not practice any movement, breathwork, mindfulness, or somatic exercise while driving, operating machinery, or engaging in any activity that requires your full attention or could create a safety risk.

11. Future Courses, Workshops, Coaching, Yoga Services, or Digital Products

Mindful Flow Counseling and Yoga, LLC does not currently offer coaching, courses, workshops, retreats, downloadable resources, or digital products through this Site.

The Company may later offer coaching, courses, workshops, digital products, educational resources, retreats, yoga-related services, yoga videos, somatic education, or other non-therapy offerings.

Unless a service is expressly identified as psychotherapy and provided under appropriate clinical intake and informed consent documents, non-therapy offerings are educational or wellness-oriented only. They are not psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis care, or individualized mental health care.

Participation in a course, workshop, coaching service, digital product, yoga offering, somatic education experience, or retreat does not create a therapist-client relationship unless Mindful Flow Counseling and Yoga, LLC separately and expressly agrees in writing to provide psychotherapy services and all required clinical documents are completed.

Additional terms, waivers, refund policies, cancellation policies, participation agreements, or informed consent documents may apply to specific offerings.
