Fees & Insurance

Individual Therapy - $165 per session

I am a private-pay provider and do not bill insurance directly.

Payment is due at the time of your session.

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, I’m happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan and is not guaranteed. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to ask about your out-of-network behavioral health benefits.

Questions to Ask Your Insurance Company

You may want to ask:

  • Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health services?

  • What is my out-of-network deductible?

  • After I meet my deductible, what percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?

  • Is there a limit on the number of out-of-network therapy sessions covered each year?

  • How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?

Investing in Specialized Care

My work is designed for clients who are looking for thoughtful, evidence-based, individualized therapy rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Sessions may incorporate approaches such as EMDR, CBT, ERP, ACT, I-CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, nervous system education, and somatic strategies depending on your needs and treatment goals.
